Marketing

We make the market studies and investigations within chemical areas, draw sales analysis, appraise the market conditions, and submit Macro judgments to the sub companies and allied companies, propose the reasonable suggestions and advices for the guidance of future raw-material purchasing arrangements, also surrender New Strategic Selections and Strategic Coordination Solution for the better development of the company.
Outsourcing
SEH is mainly tasked at the identification of potential suppliers at home and abroad, undertaking the supplier appraisal, submitting the appraising sheet to allied-factory Technical Dept for the selection of appropriate suppliers; partnering with the qualified suppliers for the establishment of stable business relationship on the mutual beneficial basis; coordinating with Purchasing Dept for the handling of accidental or emergent cases in quality, shipment and time limits concerns etc.
Exporting and Importing
SEH erects up a professional elite team for the company ’s domestic and international sales and purchase affairs. It is segmented into different departments for the concrete businesses. In order to feedback Marketing Dept and penetrating into peripheral area, SEH Exporting and Importing Team are specifically specializing in the peripheral products distribution with the sources from our allied and chained manufacturers at domestic and foreign regions. It is done with a view to help our partners to better explore the market and better understand the market by selves, and SEH represents them, many domestic small and medium-sized chemical enterprises(SMEs), to explore the market for relevant products and import relevant raw materials for the production from the global perspective with the balance of quality superior and price competitive. Project Management
SEH is responsible for the pre-preparation of capital investment and the appraisal of establishment of factory. It encompasses the initial identification and qualification of the project, coordination of finance within the company, bidding for the technical process development, plant scale-up, commercial production and validation of production finally offering as a turn-key solution.
