To enhance the skills of key staff communication, and better potential to improve performance, May 14, 2010 ~ 15, the group company invited the backbone of the American Management Association staff to carry out the "six good practice to communicate trust" theme training, 30 Staff participated in the training.
Training to on-site interactive communication, from communication content, communication window, the three aspects of communication principles, cleverly combined with case participants were taught to trust in the six good habits of communication that strengthen the emotional and trust accounts, the use of behavioral style, communication strategy, good communication and preparation before thinking, empathy play to listen and respond, to give constructive feedback, analysis of conflict management strategy. Course of training, participants actively interact with the lecturer, enthusiastically discussed the problems encountered in work, activities and obtained good results.
Training shortens the distance between employees, improves communication skills key employees, will help to maximizes the potentials of employees and get a win-win and mutual benefit of results.
